Pilates

A form of strength and flexibility training accessible to everyone, especially those with limited movement or with specific access needs. Pilates promotes a feeling of physical and mental well-being, and also develops inner physical awareness. Pilates is also helpful in injury prevention and rehabilitation; improving posture, increasing flexibility, circulation, and balance.


Bring a towel and drink. Let the instructor know if you have any medical conditions. No entry after warm up begins. Please arrive 5 minutes before class begins.
