Tai Chi incorporates slow and quick martial arts movements, and provides the opportunity to acquire better flexibility, maintain great balance, and experience improvements in both your physical and psychological wellbeing.


Bring a towel and drink. Let the instructor know if you have any medical conditions. No entry after warm up begins. Please arrive 5 minutes before class begins.
