Yoga

Yoga is a spiritual and ascetic discipline coming from the Asian sub continent and has been developed over many centuries. Today, yoga co-ordinates a number of features including breath control or pranayama, meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures. Yogic practise also includes ethics and values which influence our lives, increasing self-direction and equanimity. Yoga is widely practised for health and relaxation, accessible to everybody.


Bring a towel and drink. Let the instructor know if you have any medical conditions. No entry after warm up begins. Please arrive 5 minutes before class begins.
